Camping locations:
Booking a location involves signing a rental agreement and paying 30% of the price of your stay as a down payment, including a booking fee of 15 euros. The balance of the stay will be paid on the day of your arrival at the campsite.Unoccupied booked days will be charged.Payment can be made by holiday cheques, credit card or cash mandate.If by bank or postal cheque (payment one month before your arrival) to the order of Camping Saint Lazarus.A deposit of 20 euros will be requested on arrival for the badge of access to the campsite and kept in case of loss.All bookings are nominative, it is forbidden to sublet or give in to a third party.The booking is final as long as it has been the subject of a written confirmation from us to present us on your arrival.In case of delay and no news from you more than 48 hours after the scheduled arrival date, the campsite management reserves the right to dispose of the site; the sums paid are retained.No refunds or discounts will be granted in the event of early departure or delayed arrival for any reason.The pitches are available from 14:00 and must be vacated before 12:00 on scheduled days. Maximum 6 people and 1 vehicle per location.Swim shorts are not allowed at the pool.Visitors are welcome but must show up at the reception before entering the campsite and leave their vehicle at the entrance, they are the responsibility of the campers who receive them and they must pay the visitor rate in force.
Rental:
Booking a rental (mobile-home, chalet) involves signing a rental contract and paying, as a down payment, 30% of the price of your stay, including 15 euros in booking fees.The balance of the stay will have to be paid 1 month before your arrival at the campsite (the stay will be cancelled if the payment is not received on the scheduled date). Unoccupied booked days will be charged.Payment can be made by cheque to camping Saint Lazare, holiday cheques, credit card or cash mandate.For all stays of more than 4 nights the balance will be deducted from the booking.All bookings are nominative, it is forbidden to sublet or give in to a third party.The booking is final as long as it has been the subject of a written confirmation from us to present us on your arrival.Any changes to the contract must be reported 6 weeks before your arrival.All rentals are arranged for a number of people corresponding to the number of beds (mentioned in the description).The Mobil-homes are designed to accommodate 2 to 8 people according to the description, each additional person will result in an overcout of 7 euros per night with prior agreement from the management.No installation will be accepted on the leased site unless prior management agreement.In case of delay and no news from you more than 48 hours after the expected arrival date, the management of the campsite reserves the right to dispose of the rental; the sums paid are retained.No refunds or discounts will be granted in the event of early departure or delayed arrival for any reason.In the off-season, rentals can be made by week, and overnight (beyond 3 nights, application of the week rate); arrivals from 3pm and departures until 11am.In high season, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday from 4pm and departures until 10am on scheduled days.You will be asked for a security deposit of 400 euros on arrival.The handing over of the keys will only be done on this condition. The security deposit should not be considered by the tenant as a contribution to the rent. It is used in cases of damage committed by the tenant. If the amount of losses exceeds the amount of this deposit, the tenant (s) agrees to settle the damage at the time of the state of the exit. The owner, on the other hand, agrees to justify the amount necessary for the rehabilitation of the dwelling. In the event of an amicable non-settlement, an expert opinion will be made and the court will be referred. It is the Court of Instance of the place of the rental that is responsible.A deposit of 20 euros will be requested on arrival for the badge of access to the campsite and kept in case of loss.An additional deposit of 60 euros to cover any cleaning costs.The deposit and security deposits will be returned on the day of your departure after the status of the exit area made by you and a member of the campsite.Upon arrival you will make yourself a report of the places of entry to be handed over to the reception the same day.Before your departure, we ask you to make an appointment at the reception to set the time of the state of the premises between 7:00 and 10:00 on the day of your departure.Animals of the 1st and 2nd category are prohibited. Only dogs (up 7 kg) and cats (kept on a leash) tattooed and vaccinated (including rabies) are accepted within the limit of one mobile home (vaccination book to be presented) at the current rate.Any unannounced arrival of a pet of 7 KG or 1st and 2nd category will be refused and the stay cancelled.Swim shorts are not allowed at the pool
Any cancellation must be notified to us by mail, the cancellation date will be that of the postage stamp.It will be retained:
– booking fees for cancellation 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date.– booking fees and a 30% down payment (as a severance pay) between 30 days and 60 days before your expected arrival date.– the total amount of your stay will be kept less than 30 days before the expected date of your arrival.Visitors are welcome but must show up at the reception before entering the campsite and leave their vehicle at the entrance, they are the responsibility of the campers who receive them and must pay the visitor rate in force.FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE INTER-STANDARD RULES OF THE CAMPSITE, AFTER WARNING WILL LEAD TO EXPULSION WITHOUT REFUND OF THE AMOUNT OF THE STAY.It is up to you to take out liability insurance, as well as insurance for your equipment, tent or caravan, the campsite SAINT LAZARE is not responsible in case of theft, loss, damage of any kind, during or following your stay.Any disputes will be the responsibility of the Draguignan District Court.
